PTP has been delivering literacy and basic skills programs to
adults for over 15 years. In 1992, we started helping a small numbers of unemployed workers learn to read, write and handle basic math so they could make a career change. As we grew, we always paid close attention to what our students needed and where they wanted to go.
Over the years, understanding our students’ needs and anticipating labour market needs helped us to develop the employment focused programs we have now.
